13+ years in Ghana's FMCG sector. Expertise in national sales strategy, distributor management and route-to-market execution across all 16 regions of Ghana. Grew distribution networks from 3 to 16 regions and drove sunflower oil volumes from 100 to 250 metric tons monthly.
